SigmaNEST Develop is a specialized module for creating accurate flat patterns from common sheet‑metal shapes and transitions. It helps fabricators quickly generate layouts for items such as cones, cylinders, elbows, lobster-back bends, reducers, and rectangular‑to‑round transitions. Patterns can be produced from simple parametric inputs or imported geometry, then sent directly to SigmaNEST for nesting and NC programming.

Key capabilities:

• Parametric templates for standard fittings and transitions, plus options for custom shapes
• Automatic unfolding with configurable material thickness, bend allowance/K‑factor, seams, notches, and labeling
• 3D and flat previews to validate geometry before cutting
• Seamless integration with SigmaNEST for nesting, costing, and machine output; export to DXF/DWG when needed
• Supports workflows for laser, plasma, oxyfuel, waterjet, and router cutting
